In competition with two other visual artists my project “Polytop” where chosen for Gand High school, Sandnes. The project will be completed in December 2015. Architects: LINK Arkitektur AS.
An extract from the jury’s statement: «The proposal «Polytop» were nicely presented and were closely connected to the Competition-program. The Competition-program focused on the School Canteen area, the stairwell and the tabletops. The artist presented a considered, conceptually and visually interesting project which connected all the areas. The proposition also related to the School history and at the same time included a larger perspective with an overall reasoning. Using geometry, technology, material engineering, ecology and history the jury felt that the artist presented a reflective solution that could inspire the students.”
